Booking instructions

In order to help you with your accomodation in the Netherlands, we have reserved a number of rooms at the IBIS Hotel in The Hague from 10 - 13 May 2005. We have made a booking at a special discounted rate which is valid till 1 March 2005.

In order to benefit of the special discount, we kindly request you to use this form and to send it directly to the hotel.

Unfortunatedly, after 1 March, we can not guarantee room availability nor a special rate. Therefore we would recommend to respond before this date.

The IBIS Hotel The Hague Centre has opened his doors on 15th of September 2004. The hotel is located in the center of the city The Hague and has 197 comfortable rooms. All the rooms are equipped with bathroom, shower and toilet, separate air-conditioning and a safe box, colour TV with pay TV and telephone. Our restaurant “Le Café” is open until 10.30 p.m., we serve snacks 24 hour per day and our bar is open till 01.00 a.m.

Accessibility

By car
Coming from all directions, you take exit 2; P-Centrum from the A12, Utrechtsebaan. On top of the exit you take a left and go straight ahead. 200 meters after the 6th traffic lights you take a right. At the end of this road, take a left and then a right into the Jan Hendrikstraat. The hotel is situates in this street after 200 meters on your right-hand side.

By public transport
From The Hague Central Station you can reach us by taxi (Euro 10 / 15), or by tram (Line 2, 3 or 6 – Stop: Grote Markt). Enter the Jan Hendrikstraat and find the hotel after 200 meters on your right-hand side.
