Short bio
Attila Akac was born in Pecs, Hungary in 1993, and currently works as a Research Associate in CERTH/HIT in the department of “Transport Economics & Environment – Non-land Transport” with participation in twelve (12) national, regional and EU research projects since July 2018; including Green Transport & Blue Economy initiatives. He is specialized on “Energy & Environmental Impacts” on multiple sectors with practical knowledge of multi-criteria optimisation & strategic analysis simulation in diary manufacturing industry; plus Renewable Energy systems design & Demand-side management in the maritime sector.
Mr. Akac gained several certifications in the fields of manufacturing, supply chain, quality control, energy systems and environmental impact assessments with significant experience in project management and strategic analysis applications during his work and voluntary activities. Last but not least, Mr. Akac is a certified Technical Skills Trainer on Corporate/Public Relations and Grants Funding (since 2015) and currently a member of Technical Chamber of Greece (since 2018).
