This year the spotlight theme was “Transportation Innovation: Leading the Way in an Era of Rapid Change”. As in previous years, ECTRI contributed to the Conference by supporting a number of sessions and giving a European flavor to the Annual Meeting.
Prof. Mark Robinson, ECTRI President, Prof. Ángel Aparicio, ECTRI-TRB MoU leader, and Caroline Alméras, ECTRI Secretary General, thanked the ECTRI members that participated in the ECTRI-TRB Sub-committee meeting on January 9. This year, ECTRI and TRB, renewed their ten years’ partnership by signing a new Memorandum of Understanding with the objective to foster and facilitate greater synergies for information-sharing and cooperation between the two organisations on January 12, 2017.
