ITF 2025 Research Sessions: Call for Abstracts open!

Preparations are underway for the ITF 2025 Annual Summit on Enhancing Transport Resilience to Global Shocks to be held in person in Leipzig, Germany from 21 to 23 May 2025.

The world’s leading transport policy event is supported by the research community and offers exchange between academia, decision makers (including transport ministers), private sector CEOs, civil society representatives, senior-level policy practitioners, and more!

We are thrilled to open this year’s Call for Abstracts to present your innovative research at the Summit. Your submissions should address (at least) one of three topics:

1. Bridging Inequalities and Supporting SDGs
2. Advancing Climate and Environmental Preparedness
3. Harnessing Innovation and Digital Solutions

Send your abstracts submission will be an easy task: an abstract of up to 1000 words and a 3-minute video. The deadline is 3 March 2025, and we’ll have results by the end of march 2025 to allow for organising travel and visas.

The Summit Research Sessions are organised by International Transport Forum (ITF) with ECTRI, the European Commission, The Transportation Research Board (TRB), and the World Conference on Transport Research Society (WCTRS).
