ETRR journal excels with new record metrics

We are thrilled to announce the impressive new metrics for our open-access journal, the European Transport Research Review (ETRR). This year, we are proud to report a significant increase across all journal metrics, with our Impact Factor rising to 5.1 (2 years) from the previous 4.3!

ETRR has advanced to Q1, now ranking 11th (on 57) transportation category journals and 17th (on 72) in transportation science and technology category in the SSCI. Additionally, the journal saw over 785,000 downloads, reflecting its growing influence and readership.

This exciting progress is a testament to the outstanding work of the former Editor-in-Chief Professor Karst Geurs, the Associate Editors, the Editorial and Advisory Boards, the Publisher, and the authors. We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who has contributed to this achievement!

Under the leadership of the new Editor-in-Chief, Professor Frank Witlox, and the continued dedication of the editorial team, we remain committed to publishing high-quality scholarly research and developments in transport science, technologies, policy, and practice.
