On November 15, ECTRI held its 2023 Autumn Assembly of Members at the Palais des Académies in Brussels, before the 20th anniversary event celebration.
The President, Ingrid Skogsmo chaired the meeting, presenting together with the Vice-President Domokos Esztergár-Kiss, and the Board member Wolfgang Ponweiser the Board’s achievements along the priorities set in the Implementation and Action Plan adopted in April 2023.
The financial situation of the association was presented by the Treasurer, Magnus Lamp. The 2023 amended and 2024 budgets were approved, as well as the financial support in 2025 for ECTRI Members’ articles publication in the ETRR journal.
This meeting was also the occasion to present the ppen opportunities to get involved in TRA 2024, to take place in Dublin, Ireland from 15th – 18th of April 2024.
On the same day, ECTRI also organised an Extraordinary General Assembly in view to approve a revised version of the Association’s Statutes that would comply with the New Belgian Code for Companies and Association. The revised Statutes were unanimously approved by the Members in presence of the Notary.
