Jorge Alfonso Kurano ITS expert from UPM is representing ECTRI at the Conference “Intelligent Transport Systems: a Tool or a Toy?”, in Žilina, Slovakia. This event is held under the auspices of the Slovak Presidency of the Council of the European Union. It is co-organised between the COST Association and the ECTRI Member University of Žilina (UNIZA).
